Bee Hive Homes® of Niceville is the name of a new Assisted Living Facility coming to the Bluewater Bay area - opening Fall 2010! This beautifully designed 8000 square foot single-story Bee Hive Home offers 15 private bedrooms, each with its own private bath, and will be licensed for 16 residents in order to allow a couple to reside together. This home retains the feel of a family residence while offering advanced safety features such as a fire alarm and sprinkler system, emergency call system along with wide hallways and wide doors for easier access. It is situated on a large lot that gives space for a fenced backyard with a patio and wandering path through a landscaped garden area. Ground breaking was on 8 December 2009.
